No schedule we hand you. No bell to wake to. Just a soft rhythm we keep around you while you heal.
morning
Whenever you wake up. Coffee or tea (or both) is already going. If you want breakfast at the outdoor picnic table to watch the deer come down to the pond - meet me out there. If you want it in bed on a tray, we've got that too.
midday
Your lactation consultant sits with you and baby for as long as you need. A warm hydrotherapy session, drawn just for you, focused on womb healing. Lunch comes out of our kitchen - you can pull up a stool at the counter and watch us cook. Tell us if you want more cumin. We won't be offended.
afternoon
Nap. Or come down to the mom lounge and put your feet up. Sometimes there's a movie. Sometimes there's another mama and a quiet conversation. Your doula has baby - go rest.
evening
Family supper at the long table. Plant-forward, a little clean protein, beautifully plated. After dinner, the visiting hours are over and the house is just ours. Soft music. Aromatherapy. Maybe popcorn on the couch with the girls.
overnight
Your doula is here. She's with baby so you can sleep - really sleep. We do the night feeds, the diapers, the gentle rocking. You only get up if you want to.
We're cooking food, on the stove, in our kitchen, and you can sit at the counter and watch, or hide in your room with a book, no judgement.
We're plant-forward. We use clean meat and fish in small, intentional amounts. We can accommodate almost any way you eat, including a beautiful Ayurvedic-leaning fusion (we love warming spices, ghee, slow-cooked grains). The produce is from the market that week. The herbs are usually still on the stem when they go in.
We cook with your healing in mind, iron-rich greens, omega-rich fats, warming broths, foods that lean into your milk supply. But mostly: it's just good food. Eat what comforts you. Ask for seconds. Tell us your grandmother's recipe and we'll probably try to make it for you.

Women have been using water in the postpartum season for as long as women have been having babies. There's something to it, the warmth, the weightlessness, the way your nervous system finally exhales.
Our hydrotherapy is womb-honoring. We use simple, ancient things, warm water, carefully chosen botanicals, intention. It supports healing tissue, eases tension, helps your body remember it's safe.
It's medicine that looks like a bath.

When you need a real stretch of sleep, your doula takes baby into one of our dedicated nursery-quiet rooms. You actually rest. Your body actually recovers.
Massage. A really good shampoo. Lotion warmed in our hands. The kind of small care that adds up to feeling human again.
Around the yard. Past the pond. Just to feel sunlight on your skin and gentle movement in your body.
When you're not eating much. When you're quiet. When something's off. We're attuned to you, and we say something kindly.
We have a dedicated suite on the main floor for mamas recovering from a Cesarean birth. Everything you need is close, the kitchen, the lounge, the bathroom. We know exactly how to support your incision, your body, your healing timeline. And we'll never rush you up a single step.
